Supercar Sharing invests in proprietary Swiss-developed SCS Core platform

Following approximately one year of intensive development, Supercar Sharing Group is introducing SCS Core, its fully proprietary ERP and customer platform developed in Switzerland. Close to CHF 500,000 has been invested in the system to date. SCS Core connects co-ownership, vehicle bookings, imports, transportation, storage, concierge services, vehicle documentation and administration – including customs, tax and regulatory logic covering more than 20 countries.
Zurich, September 2026 – Over the past twelve months, Supercar Sharing Group has made a substantial investment in its own digital infrastructure.
The result is SCS Core, an internally developed software platform that increasingly manages the Group's core customer, vehicle and operational processes.
Close to CHF 500,000 has been invested in the development and implementation of the platform to date. Developed entirely in Switzerland, SCS Core has been designed specifically around the requirements associated with high-value vehicles and their international movement and management.
Rather than being a conventional CRM or administrative tool, SCS Core connects the customer portal, ownership, vehicle bookings, imports and homologation, international transportation, storage, concierge services, invoicing, vehicle protocols and operational management within one system.

“We did not want standard software that required us to adapt our processes around it. We wanted to develop a system that works in the same way our customers use our services and our teams work with their vehicles every day. After approximately one year of intensive development, SCS Core now gives us our own digital infrastructure on which we can build for the years ahead.” – Deivis H. Valdes, Founder & CEO of Supercar Sharing AG
One platform throughout the vehicle journey
The fundamental idea behind SCS Core is that a customer and their vehicle should not have to start from zero every time another service is required.
A vehicle may initially be imported through Supercar Sharing, subsequently enter storage, require international transportation, receive concierge support or become part of a co-ownership structure.
Within SCS Core, these activities remain connected.
Vehicle data, owners and co-owners, documents, bookings, invoices, transportation, import procedures, condition reports and operational tasks can gradually form one continuous digital vehicle history. For the customer, this means less administration, less repeated data entry and a clearer overview.
Digital co-owner management and vehicle bookings
SCS Core includes a dedicated co-owner management system.
Vehicles, ownership shares, co-owners, agreements, usage rights, documentation and bookings are managed within one structure.
Co-owners can access relevant vehicle information through the Owner Portal and organise vehicle bookings digitally. Availability and usage can be clearly assigned to each vehicle and co-owner.
In the background, the booking can simultaneously be connected to vehicle preparation, handover, collection, transportation, concierge requirements or subsequent documentation. A booking therefore becomes part of a complete operational workflow rather than simply a calendar entry.
Live import and transportation calculations
One of the most technically developed areas of SCS Core is vehicle import and international logistics.
Customers can enter relevant vehicle and project data digitally before a personal consultation takes place. SCS Core then uses its own calculation engines for vehicle import and transportation.
These are considerably more than conventional price calculators.
Depending on the project, the calculation logic takes into account vehicle value, origin, destination, transport method, distance and the relevant taxation, customs and regulatory parameters.
SCS Core currently incorporates customs and tax systems together with relevant import and regulatory requirements from more than 20 countries.
This enables cross-border requirements to be considered in a structured way from an early stage of the project.
Depending on the jurisdiction and transaction, this can include customs calculations, import duties, VAT logic, vehicle origin, import status and other parameters relevant to importing or registering a vehicle.
The underlying rules engine represents a significant part of the development work behind SCS Core.
“From the outside, an import calculator can look relatively simple. The real work is behind it. Different tax and customs systems, vehicle values, countries of origin, import structures and regulatory requirements need to work together. We have spent considerable time translating that knowledge into our own software logic.” – Deivis H. Valdes
From live calculation to active project
The benefit is not limited to providing customers with a faster calculation.
The information already entered can continue through the SCS Core workflow.
An initial calculation can become a quotation and subsequently an active order without repeatedly entering the same customer and vehicle information into separate systems.
The structured digital process therefore begins at the first enquiry.
For Supercar Sharing, this creates a continuous data flow from initial customer contact through execution and invoicing.
Import, homologation and registration
Once a project begins, SCS Core continues to manage the import process.
Vehicle information, customer documents, customs documentation, import status, homologation, technical documentation, registration and administrative tasks are linked to one central vehicle project.
Both customers and internal teams can therefore maintain a clearer understanding of the current project status and the outstanding steps.
The objective is not to expose every internal task to the customer, but to make the relevant information, documentation and next steps available at the appropriate time.
Transportation with integrated routing and pricing logic
International vehicle transportation is also managed directly through SCS Core.
Customers can request transportation for an existing vehicle through the Owner Portal, with collection and destination information, routing and other parameters connected to the same pricing logic used by Supercar Sharing's public transport calculator.
A transport request therefore does not exist as a separate isolated enquiry.
It remains connected to the vehicle, customer, date, quotation and subsequent operational tasks.

Storage and concierge within the same environment
The digital vehicle journey does not stop following an import or transportation project.
Storage agreements, periods, renewals, vehicle movements, scheduled collections and deliveries are also managed through SCS Core.
The same applies to concierge services.
If a vehicle requires servicing, detailing, tyres, transportation or another operational service, the new request can be connected directly to the existing customer and vehicle record.
The customer does not need to reintroduce and document the same vehicle every time another service is required.
Digital vehicle protocols and damage management
Documentation is particularly important for high-value vehicles.
SCS Core therefore includes digital handover and vehicle condition protocols.
Mileage, vehicle condition, photographs, identified damage, evidence files and supporting information can be assigned directly to a vehicle and individual handover.
Dedicated damage mapping also allows damage to be linked precisely to the relevant area of the vehicle.
Over time, this creates a structured digital vehicle history and provides greater transparency during handovers, returns, storage and transportation.
The Owner Portal
The customer-facing component of SCS Core is the Supercar Sharing Owner Portal.
Depending on the services being used, customers can access and manage vehicles, bookings, documents, ongoing projects, invoices, transportation requests and other relevant information.
Additional services can also be requested directly from an existing vehicle.
The objective is to simplify administration without replacing the personal relationship between the customer and the Supercar Sharing team.
One Operations Center behind the customer experience
While customers see a deliberately simple interface, considerably more complex processes operate behind it.
The central Operations Center connects tasks, vehicle movements, appointments, invoices and deadlines across the different areas of the Group.
Upcoming handovers, collections, transportation, concierge requests, storage renewals, outstanding invoices and other operational activities can be managed within one environment.
This becomes increasingly important as the organisation grows.
CHF 500,000 invested in a proprietary digital asset
For Supercar Sharing, SCS Core therefore represents more than an IT expenditure.
The Group has invested close to half a million Swiss francs in its proprietary platform to date.
The investment is creating not only software, but proprietary operational know-how and technical infrastructure that can continue to evolve alongside the business.
Standardised workflows, automated calculations, country-specific import and tax logic and the connection of multiple business areas can reduce long-term dependence on disconnected external systems.
SCS Core therefore increasingly represents a proprietary digital asset within Supercar Sharing Group.
“We have deliberately invested in our own software because our digital infrastructure will be just as important to our future as our physical infrastructure. Vehicles, locations and customer numbers can only scale sustainably if the processes behind them scale as well. At the same time, the technology, operational knowledge and further development remain within our Group.” – Deivis H. Valdes
Built for the next phase of expansion
As Supercar Sharing adds locations, vehicles and customers, the operational complexity behind the organisation will continue to increase.
The Group does not intend to manage that growth simply by adding more administration.
SCS Core has therefore been developed on a modular basis, allowing additional locations, functionality, automation and new areas of business to be added progressively to the same platform.
The objective is for the digital infrastructure to scale alongside the Group while keeping the customer experience as straightforward as possible.
Following approximately one year of intensive development, SCS Core is therefore not the conclusion of a digitalisation project.
It is the digital foundation for the next stage of growth at Supercar Sharing Group.
