1. Initial assessment & inquiry

After you contact us or use our Storage Live calculator, we will personally review your request and discuss the most suitable storage solution for your vehicle. We will take into account the desired storage period, vehicle type, pick-up or drop-off location, as well as any additional services such as maintenance, battery preservation, transport, or concierge services.

Upon request, we can arrange for the safe collection of your vehicle. Alternatively, you can hand over the vehicle in person at our exclusive location in Zurich/Kemptthal. Upon arrival, the vehicle's condition will be carefully documented to ensure a transparent and professional handover.

2. Vehicle integration

After handover, your vehicle will be registered in our storage system. This includes recording relevant vehicle data, a visual inspection of its general condition, and coordinating the desired support services.

Depending on the agreed storage model, we prepare the vehicle for storage. This can include a thorough hand wash, tire pressure check, battery maintenance, basic technical inspection, and planning of upcoming maintenance or service work. The goal is not only to store your vehicle safely but also to preserve its condition in the long term.

3. Ongoing support

Throughout the entire storage period, your vehicle will be cared for according to the agreed storage program. This may include regular visual inspections, battery management, vehicle maintenance, interior and exterior cleaning, service coordination, or other individual services.

For long-term storage customers, we also offer extended vehicle management upon request – from scheduling maintenance appointments and preparing vehicles for roadworthiness tests to transport, return delivery, or seasonal readiness. This ensures your vehicle remains professionally cared for at all times and, if desired, ready to drive.

4. Collection, return delivery & use as needed

If you need your vehicle for a drive, an event, a service appointment, or seasonal use, we will organize the handover flexibly and reliably. Upon request, the vehicle will be prepared, cleaned, and delivered to your desired address.

After use, the return of the vehicle to our storage facility can be coordinated again by our team. This way, you benefit from a discreet, convenient, and fully managed vehicle solution – especially for owners who value security, time savings, and professional support.
