DESCRIPTION
Ferrari SF90 Stradale - Private Members Circle
Assetto Fiorano. A Swiss-based opportunity.
First registered in April 2021, this Ferrari SF90 Stradale is presented with 3,700 km and the Assetto Fiorano package. The red exterior is paired with a black interior, extensive carbon-fibre detailing and large carbon-fibre racing seats.
Supercar Sharing AG is preparing this car for a selected circle of co-owners. The vehicle is offered by a private Collector in Switzerland; acquisition and participation remain subject to availability and final agreement.
The ownership concept combines a defined capital allocation with organised vehicle care, booking and handover arrangements.
A milestone in Ferrari road-car engineering
The SF90 Stradale introduced plug-in hybrid technology to Ferrari’s series-production supercars. Its name marks the 90th anniversary of Scuderia Ferrari and connects the road car with the marque’s racing heritage.
A 3,990 cc twin-turbocharged V8 works with three electric motors to produce a combined 1,000 PS. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and electrically driven front axle deliver all-wheel drive, with 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and a model top speed of 340 km/h.
The Assetto Fiorano specification adds a more focused chassis and lightweight components. This example also lists Assetto Fiorano Esteso, a Fiorano livery, forged diamond-finish wheels and a broad selection of exterior and cockpit carbon-fibre options.
For collectors, the appeal lies in:
Ferrari’s first series-production plug-in hybrid architecture, the Assetto Fiorano specification and a low-mileage example already offered in Switzerland.
Maintenance and Condition
April 2021 registration and 3,700 km. The offer includes a 24-month Ferrari Power warranty from delivery. Its scope and applicability to the intended co-ownership use will be confirmed before acquisition.
The listing records no accident damage and includes full protective film. Condition, film coverage, service records and any previous repairs will be reviewed with the supplying Ferrari dealer.
Specification & Vehicle File
The acquisition review will cover:
Vehicle identity, Swiss registration papers and type certificate 1FA214
Assetto Fiorano and Assetto Fiorano Esteso specification
Carbon options, racing seats, livery and protective film
Service history, hybrid-system condition and warranty terms
Inspection requirements, handover scope and operating budget
The current asking price is CHF 369'000. The published original price is CHF 489'303; the co-ownership calculation uses the current asking price.
The proposal is structured around:
An identified Swiss-based Ferrari SF90 Stradale
Ten 10% system units, with entry from one unit and up to ten co-owners
A documented agreement for shared access, costs and care
The car is already offered in Switzerland and is listed as a non-parallel-import vehicle. Its location in Urdorf is separate from Supercar Sharing’s business and contact address in Kemptthal.
Service & Maintenance
Preparation and continuing technical support will be coordinated with:
A suitable authorised Ferrari service partner, with the supplying dealer’s vehicle file and warranty terms forming part of the acquisition review.
The service plan will address:
Service history and the next scheduled maintenance
Ferrari Power warranty coverage and exclusions
Hybrid battery, charging equipment and diagnostics
Tyres, brakes, protective film and body condition
Storage, battery maintenance and preparation
Documentation and condition records at handover
Vehicle Management
Supercar Sharing AG will coordinate the agreed ownership and operating arrangements:
Acquisition discussions and documentation
Collection and transport within Switzerland
Registration and insurance arrangements
Storage, maintenance scheduling and vehicle care
Reservations and preparation for driving
Condition reporting, collection and return
The indicative annual operating budget is CHF 29'000 for the vehicle, equivalent to CHF 2'900 per 10% share. A planning range of CHF 25'000–35'000 for the vehicle allows for variations in insurance, usage and maintenance. The detailed estimate and exclusions are set out in the co-ownership section; final charges require an agreed operating plan.

Your Participation & Shared Responsibilities
Service, Insurance & Vehicle Management
The operating agreement will define the responsibilities and budgets for:
Storage and ongoing vehicle care
Insurance and the applicable deductible
Maintenance, tyres and technical support
Collection, transport and preparation
Administration and reservation coordination
Condition records and handovers
Estimated annual operating costs are CHF 2'900 per 10% share, with a planning range of CHF 2'500–3'500. Across all ten units, this corresponds to CHF 29'000 per year for the vehicle, within a range of CHF 25'000–35'000. These are indicative budget allowances, not a fixed contractual charge.
Indicative Annual Operating Budget
Indicative Annual Budget | Whole Vehicle (CHF) | Per 10% Share (CHF) |
Secure storage and battery care | 6'600 | 660 |
Comprehensive insurance allowance | 6'500 | 650 |
Annual road-tax allowance | 1'200 | 120 |
Maintenance, tyres and wear allowance | 7'500 | 750 |
Management, bookings, handovers and cleaning | 4'200 | 420 |
Contingency reserve | 3'000 | 300 |
Estimated Annual Total | 29'000 | 2'900 |
Planning basis: September 2026, a full twelve-month period in Switzerland and approximately 20,000 km of combined road use across the vehicle. This mileage is a costing assumption, not a promised driving allowance. The budget is allocated in proportion to ownership: 10% corresponds to CHF 2'900 per year and 20% to CHF 5'800. Final insurance terms, registration canton, utilisation and service quotations determine the agreed charges.
The storage allowance uses Supercar Sharing's published starting rate of CHF 550 per month as a benchmark. The other figures are planning estimates informed by comparable CMS offers, not confirmed supplier prices. Budgets allow for applicable taxes; final quotations will confirm the amounts. Active scheduled-service or warranty coverage will be checked so covered work is not charged twice. Ferrari's seven-year maintenance programme and the advertised 24-month Ferrari Power warranty require confirmation for this vehicle and its proposed use.
Fuel, driving-related charging, parking, tolls, fines, delivery or collection transports, track use, initial registration, depreciation and financing interest are excluded. Optional warranty extensions and major repairs, high-voltage battery or carbon-ceramic brake replacement exceeding the contingency reserve require a separate budget. The estimate is reviewed annually and can change with usage and supplier terms.
Transfer rights, any approval process and exit arrangements will be set out in the co-ownership agreement.
Capital Allocation Overview
Vehicle Value & Co-Ownership
Vehicle value: CHF 369'000. This is the current Swiss asking price and the calculation basis for the ownership tickets. No currency conversion is required.
One 10% ticket consists of CHF 36'900 allocated vehicle value plus CHF 3'690 in ticket and financing fees, totalling CHF 40'590. The fee equals 1% of the total vehicle value, or 10% of the allocated vehicle value. It is included once.
Minimum 10% participation: CHF 40'590. This comprises CHF 36'900 allocated vehicle value and CHF 3'690 in ticket and financing fees, included once. The annual operating budget is separate from the acquisition ticket; transport and initial registration costs are confirmed separately.
The final acquisition and handover terms will be confirmed with the supplying dealer. The listing does not include a fresh MFK.
Across all ten system units, total ticket sales would amount to CHF 405'900: CHF 369'000 in vehicle value and CHF 36'900 in ticket and financing fees. These figures describe the complete system, not units already sold.
The holding period and exit process require an agreed ownership plan. No future resale value, return or exit date is guaranteed.
