DESCRIPTION
Ferrari Monza SP2 - Private Members Circle
Rosso Fiorano. A private collector opportunity.
This Ferrari Monza SP2 in Rosso Fiorano has covered 1,200 km and is held by a private collector in the European Union.
Together with the collector, Supercar Sharing AG is preparing its import into Switzerland and a co-ownership offering for a selected circle of supercar collectors, with a maximum of five participants.
The proposed arrangement combines personal participation in this Ferrari with coordinated vehicle management.
A rare automotive opportunity
The Monza SP1 and SP2 introduced Ferrari’s Icona series in September 2018.
The SP2 is the two-seat version.
Its open barchetta form recalls Ferrari’s racing heritage. A naturally aspirated V12 and carbon-fibre body give the model its distinct character.
This example is presented with Rosso Fiorano paintwork and a mileage of 1,200 km. The collector and Supercar Sharing are working together on the next stage of its ownership.
The opportunity is intended for collectors who value:
A distinctive Ferrari, carefully agreed access and a small ownership circle.
Maintenance and Condition
The offered Monza SP2 is a pre-owned vehicle held in a private collection in the EU.
Its registration documents, detailed specification and service history will form part of the vehicle review. Viewing arrangements must be coordinated with the collector before any visit.
Historical Significance
The model’s place in Ferrari’s history is defined by:
The launch of Ferrari’s Icona series in 2018
A modern interpretation of Ferrari’s historic barchettas
Development by the Ferrari Design Centre
Carbon-fibre body construction
A two-seat configuration within the Monza family
Ferrari developed Icona as a distinct series combining references to its historic cars with contemporary design and engineering.
For this example, the ownership discussion centres on:
Its Rosso Fiorano specification and stated mileage
The collector’s planned import with Supercar Sharing
The participation and usage terms agreed for the car
The proposed co-ownership structure is intended to support the enjoyment and care of this particular car.
Service & Maintenance
Supercar Sharing plans to coordinate the service review and subsequent maintenance arrangements with:
A Ferrari service partner to be selected for this vehicle.
The proposed scope covers:
Review of available service records
Confirmation of any existing warranty or service coverage
Assessment of inspection and maintenance requirements
Coordination of any work identified during the review
Agreement of an annual care plan and budget
Preparation for handover and approved use
Vehicle Management
Supercar Sharing’s planned role is to coordinate the practical aspects of the collector’s import and the subsequent ownership arrangement:
Import documentation and transport planning
Swiss registration coordination
Future storage arrangements
Care and preparation scheduling
Booking and concierge coordination
Condition and handover records
The scope, timing and charges for these services will be agreed for the SP2 before participation is finalised.
Rarity & Production Numbers
Combined Monza SP1 and SP2 production
499 cars across both versions. No separate SP2 production total is stated here.
Are you situated outside of Switzerland?
A Swiss point of contact for international collectors
International collectors may contact Supercar Sharing to discuss participation and their intended use of the car. Coordination is handled from Switzerland.
The vehicle itself is currently in the EU. Its Swiss import, registration and future storage arrangements remain to be coordinated with the collector.
The structure comprises ten 10% units. Participation starts at two units (20%), with a maximum of five participants. Minimum participation: CHF 858,000 including the fee. Each 10% Co-Owner ticket costs CHF 429,000: 10% of the vehicle value plus a fee equal to 1% of the total vehicle value.
Larger allocations can be discussed subject to the shares actually released and the agreed ownership structure.
European Driving Arrangements
Intended destinations and driving access will be agreed within the vehicle’s registration, insurance and usage terms. No blanket Europe-wide driving permission is assumed.
Vehicle Presentation
A viewing can be discussed directly with our team, in coordination with the collector.

Transport and preparation
Administration and coordination

Capital Allocation Overview
Vehicle Value & Co-Ownership
The vehicle value used for this offering is CHF 3,900,000. One 10% unit represents CHF 390,000 of that value, plus a 10% crowdfunding fee of CHF 39,000, giving CHF 429,000 per share.
One 10% Co-Owner ticket: CHF 390,000 vehicle allocation + CHF 39,000 fee = CHF 429,000. The fee is 1% of the total vehicle value, equivalent to 10% of the allocated vehicle value. Minimum 20% participation: CHF 780,000 vehicle allocation + CHF 78,000 fee = CHF 858,000.
Import costs, taxes, transport, registration and ongoing care have not been confirmed as included in the vehicle value. Their treatment will be agreed separately.
The participation price reduces the vehicle capital required relative to acquiring the entire car, while operating costs remain part of the ownership budget.
At this calculation basis, all ten tickets together represent 100% ownership and a total ticket sales value of CHF 4,290,000: CHF 3,900,000 vehicle value plus CHF 390,000 in fees. The fee is already included in the stated ticket prices and is charged once. This calculation does not indicate how many tickets have been released or allocated.
A resale price, holding period and transfer timetable have not been fixed. Participation does not include a guaranteed resale outcome.
