Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Real Estate Project Manager to spearhead the development and establishment of a prestigious Supercar Sharing Flagship Showroom Store in Dubai, located near the airport. This is a unique opportunity to showcase and manage exclusive vehicles and create an unparalleled customer experience in one of the world's most vibrant cities.

Supercar Sharing® is a sports car platform for people with a special sense for exceptional cars. We are inventor of the unique Supercar Co Ownership System®. With our platform, we offer a community of over 900 members the first and leading marketplace for the safe purchase of co-owner-based supercars and a professional infrastructure for renting and sharing sports cars.

As the Real Estate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in every aspect of the project, from identifying the right financial partners to securing the perfect plot of land for the showroom. Your extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, coupled with your proven track record of successful projects, will be critical to the overall success of this venture.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Strategy:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and key milestones.

• Identify and assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

• Define project objectives and align them with the company's strategic goals.

2. Financial Partnership:

• Utilize your established network and connections in Dubai to identify and engage with potential financial partners.

• Conduct due diligence on prospective partners, evaluating their credibility and aligning their interests with the project's objectives.

• Negotiate favorable terms and secure financing agreements to ensure the project's financial feasibility.

3. Land Acquisition and Development:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable plots of land near the airport for the flagship showroom store.

• Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and property owners to negotiate land acquisition deals.

• Oversee the design and development of the showroom store, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

4. Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and suppliers.

• Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and satisfaction.

5. Project Execution and Oversight:

• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the project team, including contractors, architects, and consultants.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Implement effective project management practices, including risk management, change control, and reporting.
