Job Description:
We are excited to offer an internationally open opportunity for a self-employed Supercar Broker to join our global brokerage team, specializing in selling exclusive vehicles registered in Switzerland as well as offering fractional shares of high-end cars within our Supercar Sharing® platform.
Based in Switzerland, where all legal compliance is approved, our main storage for vehicles caters to an international clientele of high-net-worth individuals who travel regularly to Switzerland to drive, register, and utilize the cars. In addition to fractional shares, we provide a customized experience and concierge service to clients worldwide.
Preferred Experiences:

Experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management, investment banking, or brokerage firms, where handling complex financial products and catering to high-net-worth clients is common.

Prior experience in the luxury car industry, especially dealing with rare and exclusive vehicles or supercars, would be valuable. This could include roles in luxury car sales, dealership management, or automotive finance.

Experience in international business or working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds is essential, given the global nature of the clientele.

Strong understanding of tax optimization strategies and experience in structuring complex financial transactions to maximize tax benefits would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Emphasize the advantages of owning a stake in a vehicle or the full vehicle in Switzerland over renting, highlighting benefits such as long-term investment potential, exclusivity, and personalization.
2. Facilitate Supercar Share Transactions: Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers to facilitate the sale of fractional shares of supercars within our platform, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and standards in Switzerland.
3. Legal Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to Swiss legal regulations governing the sale of fractional ownership interests in supercars, including providing vehicle registration services for international clients in compliance with Swiss laws.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients worldwide, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process and offering personalized concierge services tailored to their individual needs.
5. Networking: Build and leverage a large network of contacts, including high-net-worth individuals, luxury car enthusiasts, industry professionals, and potential clients. Having a vast network is crucial in expanding your client base and securing successful transactions.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, pricing dynamics, and changes in the supercar industry to advise clients accurately and effectively, taking into account international market factors.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including legal advisors, sales department, and our marketing professionals, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Supercar Sharing platform and services.
Qualifications and Skills:

Legal Background: Strong understanding of Swiss legal principles and regulations related to the sale and transfer of assets, with experience in providing registration services for international clients in compliance with Swiss laws - (in-house introductory course).

Ability to analyze financial data, assess investment risks, and provide sound financial advice to clients is crucial for success in this role. A strong foundation in finance, preferably with a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, would be beneficial. Knowledge of complex financial products, taxation, and investment strategies is essential for advising high-net-worth clients on fractional ownership options.
